The additional cost of an in-person training is worth it to me to be able to learn in person with the trainer and other students.
It is important for me to have some in-person training, but some recorded training would be okay if it helps keep the costs down.
I already work with children so I don't need an in-person practicum with children. I have many opportunities to teach children outside the in-person training.
Having a practicum with actual children during the in-person training is important to me.
