Drop a Course

Note: if you want to drop multiple courses, you must fill out the form separately for each course you want to drop.
Note for Dropping a Course:
1. The dates and refunds for dropping a course are available in the catalog.
2. For 15 week semester courses (i.e. Fall and Spring), you may drop up through the 6th week. Refunds are as follows:
  1. 100% Refund in first 2 weeks
  2. 50% Refund in 3rd / 4th weeks
  3. 0% Refund in 5th / 6th weeks
  4. Courses can not be dropped after the 6th week
3. For 8 week semester courses (i.e. Summer), you may drop up through the 3rd week. Refunds are as follows:
  1. 100% Refund in first 1 week
  2. 50% Refund in the 2nd week
  3. 0% Refund in 3rd week
  4. Courses can not be dropped after 3rd week
4. For Hebrew Bible Module courses:
  1. 100% Refund if you drop by the deadline for Lesson 2.
  2. 50% Refund if you drop by the deadline for Lesson 4.
  3. 0% Refund if you drop by the deadline for Lesson 6.
  4. Course can not be dropped after Lesson 6.
