Completion of this form is REQUIRED to be considered for long-term/short-term ownership by Nyx. Be sure to read each question carefully. Understand that I am a FINdomme, meaning tributes are a requirement in order to serve. Before submission of this form, you MUST send a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee to one of the payment methods included in the link on my Twitter (@BratPrincessNyx). Until your application fee is received, only minimal communication will occur. If the application fee is not received within 24 hours of submission, your application will be discarded and you will be indefinitely blocked from ever communicating with Nyx.
