  • Membership of VMIAC is regulated by VMIAC Rules and all members are expected to act in accordance with the VMIAC Code of Conduct.

    This web form requests personal information. All information you provide to VMIAC will be kept securely in accordance with the VMIAC Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Health Records Act 2001.

    The following information is required for us to deliver member notices and communicate with you.
  • Guidance: E-mail

    Member notices and newsletters are sent via e-mail. Please provide an e-mail address that you can access permanently.

    Work e-mail addresses are not recommended as you may not be able to access your e-mail when you change employers.


  • Guidance: Address

    Members are required to provide VMIAC with a postal address per the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.

    A PO Box is acceptable. If you are experiencing special circumstances (e.g. domestic violence), you may be eligible for free PO Box access. More information is available on the Australia Post website.

    The following information is required for us to determine your eligibility for VMIAC membership.
  • Guidance: Date of Birth

    VMIAC requires members' date of birth for child safety reasons. If you do not wish to provide your full date of birth, you may enter "1 January" and your birth year.
