    Please read the following important information before booking: 


    🗓 Booking Your Party
    Check availability first: Please confirm that your preferred date and time is available before submitting this form.
    Booking deadline: Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
    Final numbers: Final guest numbers must be confirmed 3 days before the party.

    🎨 Party Pricing & What’s Included
    Party pricing is based on the size and quantity of canvases selected.
    A minimum of one canvas per guest is required.
    The price per guest includes:

    ~ Studio time
    ~ A canvas to take home
    ~ Use of our full buffet of non-toxic acrylic paints
    ~ Brushes, aprons, and all tools needed to create their masterpiece

    🧁 Catering Options
    You’re welcome to bring your own catering.

    Please bring all your own serving equipment and utensils.
    Kindly take all catering items with you after the event, as we cannot store them.
    Alternatively, chat to us if you’d like us to provide catering options.

    🚪 Studio Use
    Exclusive use of the studio is available for groups of 30+ and must be arranged in advance.

    💳 Deposits & Cancellations
    A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please send proof of payment along with your completed booking form.
    No booking is confirmed until we receive your deposit.
    No refunds are offered, as stock is purchased upon confirmation.
    If you need to change your date, your deposit will be held as a credit for 12 months.

    🖌️ On the Day
    Please ask guests to wear old clothes – paint may stain.
    Paint is for canvases only. Paint fights or misuse may result in guests being asked to leave.
    For parties with 6 or more children over the age of 6, we recommend a “drop and go” setup due to space limitations. Parents of the birthday child are welcome to stay.

    We require a 50% deposit upon confirmation to secure your booking. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of receiving this signed form, your booking will be considered cancelled.
    Final guest numbers must be confirmed one week before the party, as we order and prepare stock accordingly. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If a party is cancelled after payment, please note that we do not offer refunds, as materials are purchased and allocated in advance. However, we will hold your payment as a credit for 12 months, which can be used toward a future booking.


    On the day of the party, your deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. The balance must be paid in full on the day, via cash or credit card. Please note: We do not accept cheques.
