  • Salute Pages

    Due April 8, 2023
  • Dear Delegates, Parents and Local Directors:

Congratulations on being selected to compete in the 2023 Miss Missouri Scholarship Competition. You have worked hard to achieve your success and, no doubt, are working even harder to present the best “you” in Mexico in June. You know more than anyone the commitment required to compete in the Miss America program both of time and resources. Savvy delegates will seize the opportunity to defray some of the cost to compete by participating in the Miss Missouri Salute Page program.

The Miss Missouri Salute Page Program continues to be a successful and vital fundraising tool for both the organization and for our delegates. Miss and Teens are eligible to earn valuable incentives by participating. We highly encourage all delegates to take advantage of the program and urge all parents and local directors to support your delegates in their endeavors.

In addition to the incentives for selling Salute Pages, many former participants have found the program to be a positive and rewarding experience. They report the program gave them the opportunity to get to engage with people in their communities, not just to sell ads but also to share their experiences as a titleholder in the Miss America program.

Each year, questions are asked about the tax status for donations. The Miss Missouri Scholarship Organization is not a 501c3 and donations to Salute Pages are NOT tax-deductible. However, a business might be able to use an ad as an advertising expense which might be tax-deductible depending on how their taxes are filed.

Before you get started, it is imperative that you read and understand all the instructions. Failure to follow the guidelines could result in losing out on your incentives so please review all the information and carefully follow all directions!

Thank you for your participation and support of the Miss Missouri Organization. If you have any questions, please contact me at missmopaperwork@gmail.com.

    Happy Selling!
