Applicants must have belonged to St. Mark’s for at least two years and be a current member. Only one scholarship is awarded per family per year. The award is intended for young people who have completed high school and are pursuing further education such as university or college. Applications will be evaluated based on the scholarship requested – it is recommended that both applications be requested so that the selection committee can award the scholarship that is most applicable.
The Hagglund Scholarship is based primarily on volunteer activity involvement, with academic achievement and financial need as additional criteria.
The Houston Scholarship is based primarily church involvement, with academic achievement and financial need as additional criteria.
