Participant Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

I hereby understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, and I assume any/all related risks and voluntarily participate in this event. I agree that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being, as well as that of my children's safety and well-being, named below, at all times and under all circumstances while at the event.
I understand there are areas in the surrounding forest, near trees, and near the ponds for risky play.
I understand there is no fencing around the ponds and I agree to not swimming at the event. I hereby assume all of the risks of participating and any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of Natalie Hemraj and/or Gurshawn Hansi, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. I agree that I am solely responsible for myself and my children, named below, at all times while at the event. I hereby assume full responsibility for myself and my children during the event. Natalie Hemraj and/or Gurshawn Hansi hold no liability and ownership in the case of injury. I hereby assume all risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses which incur as a result of my participation in the event.
I accept sole responsibility for my own conduction and actions, and my children's conduction and actions, while participating in the event. I hereby agree to follow the principles of safety and respect for self, each other, and our environment. I hereby agree to treat nature with the utmost care, and leave it healthier than when we found it.
I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to personal injury, property theft, or actions of any kind which may occur to me. I covenant not to sue, and further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the following individuals: Natalie Hemraj and Gurshawn Hansi, home owners of the property whereby the event takes place. I agree to indemnify Natalie Hemraj and/or Gurshawn Hansi against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, and judgements including lawyer's fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the event. I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE, and covenant not to sue and hold liable Natalie Hemraj and/or Gurshawn Hansi for what vendors offer, gift, sell, present at the event, and any damages and/or claims associated with those vendors and their offerings.
I hereby consent and agree to not disclose the exact location and home address of the event, be it through social media, text, phone, or elsewhere, before, during, or after the event.
I certify that I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Release and am freely and knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Release.
