We are here to try and get you back on the road quickly. This warranty and this single deductible cover parts of related systems. If more than one system needs repair, more than one deductible is likely required. Please review your warranty coverage so that you understand what is and is not covered.
I understand that I am willingly requesting that a warranty service provider assist my automobile and/or related mechanical and/or towing need. I am unable to resolve my need without assistance and therefore I give full consent for any service provider related to this claim to act as they see best on my behalf related to this claim and or automobile. I personally accept full responsibility for the actions taken by all service providers including but not limited to acts that may require my own personal action outside of this warranty claim to remedy. I personally give my consent for a warranty service provider with valid Driver’s License to operate my vehicle on or off the road and where applicable I give consent that my personal automobile insurance is responsible in such case. If expenses are incurred on my behalf related to this automobile and/or warranty claim I personally accept all financial responsibility.
I hold harmless from liability Ready Finance, LLC and/or all service providers that may be involved with this warranty claim to any degree. This is my vehicle and I assume responsibility for actions related to the requested claim herein.
I understand that my warranty has limitations. If this requested claim exceeds those limitations, I give full consent to all service providers to act in their best judgment on my behalf and I accept any/all liability and financial obligation for expenses that may exceed the warranty limitations. I further agree that if I am unable to immediately pay such expenses, I grant a lien on this automobile in favor of any service provider that incurs expenses or has an open invoice on my behalf related to this warranty. If Ready Finance, LLC at their sole discretion, chooses to settle such expenses, I agree to pay Ready Finance, LLC no less than $50.00 per week (in addition to any existing obligation) until the debt is paid in full. I will sign documentation appropriate to define such loan terms and repayment.
I hold harmless Ready Finance, LLC and any/all related warranty service providers free of liability in the event that any damage or liability may result from this warranty claim.
I am responsible for removing ALL my belongings from the automobile before I submit this claim. I hold harmless Ready Finance, LLC, and any service provider for any belongings loss during or related to this claim.
