To participate, choose your preferred option below:**Clinic Hours:** Wednesdays | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST (time subject to change) **Effective Date:** January 1, 2023 **Call Policy:** Every request is prayed over with care and faith. Phone calls are limited to one call per individual every 180 days.
