Spring 2023 - Visiting Group Meal Request Form

Howdy! Thank you for your interest in dining on campus at Texas A&M University. Please complete the form below for your dining arrangements. Visiting groups can request to dine at Sbisa or Duncan dining hall or visit retail locations on campus. Additional guests not included in the original dining form will need to pay at the register using debit/credit.

Cashless Campus

Texas A&M University is a 100% cashless campus. Guests will be able to pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit, credit, and Dining Dollars. There is a Reverse ATM available in Rev's American Grill in the MSC that guests can use to convert cash into a prepaid Visa card for no additional fees.

Dining Halls:

Visiting groups can request to dine at Sbisa or Duncan dining hall. A representative will be reaching out to finalize your request. Additional guests not included in the original dining form will need to pay at the register using debit/credit.

Payment must be made 48 hours prior to the appointed date.

Dining Halls:

Groups can visit Sbisa (Northside) or Duncan (Southside) Dining Halls during regular operating hours for an all-you-care-to-eat buffet. The door rates and hours are listed below. Guests will be counted upon entering the dining hall. Addiontal guests not included in the original dining form will need to pay at the register using debit/credit.
