This will provide us with all the background information necessary to start your project. You may upload this document in this form or email it to info@pivotingwithpurposeconsulting.com. A project will not begin until the Information Gathering Process is complete. If you are unable to complete the information-gathering process on your own, contact us via Calendy to set up a phone interview, and we will assist you.
