    The Cancellation policy has changed!

    I totally understand that life is full of last minute inconveniences that can try to keep you from getting your hair done.

    I value your time and trust that you also value mine. In the event you need to cancel your appointment for any reason within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the cost of services held under your name. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate directly before booking any appointments .

    "It Distresses us greatly to return work that is not perfect"

    Your Satisfaction is my north star. If you are not completely content with the results , please let me know during your service or within 14 days after your service was performed. I am never offended or unhappy to make any needed corrections , as long as the follow up request falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during your consultation. I will be pleased to accomadate you free of charge in most instances. For said complimentary service to be done , this request must be made within 14 days of your initial appointment.

    Salon Etiquette:

    Discriminatory and Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Sophie is the Sole Proprietress and has the right to refuse services to anyone behaving improperly, overly intoxicated, or in Poor Health that may influence the service or expose Sophie to illness.

    Allergies:

    I am allowing Sophie Robbie to apply necessary chemicals as part of my hair color appointment . If these Chemicals result in a allergic reaction I will not hold Sophia Robinson AKA Sophie Robbie responsible in any way, I will still be responsible for payment of services given even if I have an allergic reaction to these services.

    I am free to request the Industry standard Allergy 'patch test ' a swab of color applied behind your ear at the hairline done a minimum of 5 days before my appointment to determine potential allergies and avoid a reaction. This test is complimentary and only takes 5 minutes .

    I agree to cancel my appointment and pay any associated fees if I test positive for covid on the day of our scheduled appointment. Due to the ongoing spread of covid Sophie can no longer waive fees for missed appointments due to covid Exposures or Positive test Results. We hope you understand the need for this policy change.
