We are glad you are coming to visit and would like to make your stay as enjoyable as we can, therefore, please assist us by filling out the information needed to make this possible. After receiving the form, the EBI secretary will confirm the lodging availability within 24 hours (excluding weekends). If you are registering within a week of your visit, please contact the office directly before completing this form to ask about the availability of lodging and meals: (812) 692-7801.

EBI Refund Policy All visitor costs are refundable (minus 10% transaction fees) until one month before the visit. A 50% refund will be given until two weeks before the visit. No refunds will be given after two weeks prior to the visit.
