After receiving the form, the EBI secretary will confirm the lodging availability within 24 hours (excluding weekends). If you are registering within a week of your visit, please contact the office directly before completing this form to ask about the availability of lodging and meals: (812) 692-7801.

EBI Refund Policy All visitor costs are refundable (minus 10% transaction fees) until one month before the visit. A 50% refund will be given until two weeks before the visit. No refunds will be given after two weeks prior to the visit.
