The information and procedures outlined in the PADA Performing Team Standards differ from those in the previous PADA Performing Team Agreement & Conditions.

Friday 19th, 16th June & 3rd July 2026 - Preparations For Indigo at The O2
Saturday 13th, 20th & 27th June 2026 - Preparations For Indigo at The O2

Friday 2nd, 9th & 16th October 2026 - Preparations for Alton Towers
Saturday 26th September, 3rd & 10th October 2026 - Preparations for Alton Towers

Friday 23rd October, 6th & 13th November 2026 - Preparations for That's Showbiz
Saturday 24th October, 7th & 14th November 2026 - Preparations for That's Showbiz

Friday 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th January 2027 - Prep for That's Showbiz Finals
Saturday 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th January 2027 - Prep for That's Showbiz Finals
(Pink - depends on which Finals we are taking part in)

Not all listed dates are available to request, as the PADA Performing Team Standards apply. Dates beyond 14th February 2027 are not yet open for requests. For closure dates, please refer to the calendar on our website.

Details for Requesting Absence (Please provide detailed information about the reason your child needs to miss the session. This information will be considered when making a decision.)

Please refer exclusively to PADA Performing Team Sessions and refrain from mentioning any other classes at PADA.

PADA Performing Team Absence Request Disclaimer

By submitting this Performing Team Absence Request Form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Submission of this form does not guarantee approval of the requested absence. All requests are subject to review and may be approved or declined at the sole discretion of Phoenix AcroDance Academy (PADA), in accordance with the PADA Performing Team Standards.
Absence requests must be submitted a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance of the relevant Performing Team session. Late submissions may not be considered.
Absence requests will not be approved for Required Rehearsal Days for events where the student has already committed to participate.
Submission of this form does not constitute formal notification of absence. A separate email notification must also be sent in accordance with the PADA Attendance and Communications Policy.
You acknowledge that attendance is essential and that absence may impact the entire team, not solely the individual participant.
You understand that absence requests submitted for reasons deemed non-acceptable (including social events, academic work, or competing commitments) may be refused.
Failure to follow the absence request procedure, including failure to obtain approval, may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to removal from performances, strike sanctions, or removal from the Performing Team.
PADA reserves the right to deny or revoke absence requests and to take any necessary action in line with the PADA Performing Team Standards.

Absence Notification Requirements

Students’ parents or guardians are required to submit an absence notification to PADA via email on the day of any missed session. This requirement applies regardless of whether an absence request submitted through the Absence Request Form has been approved or denied. The form functions solely as a request for authorisation and does not constitute official notification of absence.

This procedure applies exclusively to PADA Performing Team sessions. It does not apply to, nor replace, the absence procedures for any other PADA classes or programmes.
