  • Upward Bound at Occidental College is a Title IV TRiO Program. Funds for the current cycle 2018-2023 are provided through the U.S Department of Education, (90% of project cost); USDA/SFSP/CDE (2% of project cost); and a matching grant from Occidental College, (8% of project cost). Participation in the Upward Bound Project at Occidental College is available to eligible students without regard to race, color, national origin, age sex, or handicap. Any individual who believes that he or she has been discriminated against in an U.S Department of Education program , activity or service should write the Secretary of Education, Washington, D.C. 20250.
