As a kind reminder, all registered teams (except small teams) are entitled to 4 student gala tickets. Each additional ticket costs HK$ 840, which is payable by cash (upon express confirmation from the Vis East Moot Administration) or credit card (through this page, instructions below). No entry will be allowed for those without confirmed tickets.

*Non-student coaches are required to pay the full fee of HK$ 840 for each gala lunch ticket. Pursuant to paragraph 21(e) of the Rules, non-student coaches who have sat as arbitrator in at least 2 general rounds are entitled to purchase arbitrator tickets to the Gala Awards Banquet. Such tickets must be bought directly through the Vis East Moot Website under the Calendar of Events. Please ensure that ALL coaches are included in the Team Count in this Pre-Arrival Registration Form. This will ensure that the Team sits together at the Gala Awards Banquet.

Each Gala Lunch ticket comes with one main course (chicken, fish, or vegetarian). In order to ensure that your main course is available, please insert the number of main course dishes corresponding to each ticket the team has (inclusive of additionally purchased tickets). Failure to choose a main course corresponding to each Gala Lunch will result in a vegetarian dish.
