- Once your booking form is submitted, any dates requested cannot be cancelled
- Opening a Camp Location is dependent on the number of requests received- if we do not receive enough to open you will be informed as soon as possible.
- We will endeavour to place your child at the Summer Camp location requested, this is subject to capacity and staffing. We will confirm your child's camp location as soon as possible.
