All custom units are machine sewn. All custom units are made on a mesh cap and come with an adjustable elastic band for extra security. All custom units are glue-less and does not require adhesive or a hairsylist. Each custom unit come with a one time complimentary routine service.

All custom wig sales are final. Grandeur Hair Company is NOT responsible for delayed orders as the hair is sourced from another country. Custom Wig and Hair extension orders can take up to 30 business days to complete. We are not responsible for purchase of sales, damaged hair. If you have sizing issues you must call within 24 hours. We do not accept exchanges on cut lace, damaged hair caused by the consumer or hair/wigs out of the original packaging. If you have allergies to fabric, raw hair, or color please do not apply wig/hair extensions without consulting your doctor.
