Once again as part of the World Vaccine Congress Washington event we will be hosting the ViE Awards on the evening of the 4th April at the Walter E. Washington Convention Centre. 

 

We are starting the Awards nominations earlier than ever this year so for the first stage from now until January 15th 2023, anyone within the industry is welcome to put forward their company (or another they want to nominate) in each category.   

Please note for this stage there only needs to be one nomination for each company in the relevant category.

After January 15th all of the nominations will be shared into the industry for the Voting stage to take place on our website until 28th February when voting closes.   

So in this period from 15th January to 28th February we would recommend for you to share your nomination into your networks and encourage your clients and partners to vote for you.

When voting closes on the 28th February it is at that point that the votes and nominations will be reviewed and then the shortlisted companies in each category will be announced by the 6th March on the WVC website. 

In that time those shortlisted will be contacted to fill in their submission form for review by the Scientific Advisory Board members, which will be used in helping make the final decision in each category with the votes, announced on the evening of the 4th April at the ViE Awards Dinner itself.

Important Note:   

* Votes will only be counted from recognised companies working within the industry 

 * Those who have booked ViE Awards Dinner places with their Delegate tickets, as well as Speakers who have automatic access, and those Sponsors and Exhibitors who have passes as part of their booking, will need to fill out an RSVP link which will be sent closer to the time for final numbers.

 

In the below categories please nominate for the organisation that you want put forward for voting on the relevant award.

Please note this only needs to be done once in each category for each company/organisation, where the Voting stage is from 15th January to 28th February.
