Terms & Conditions
As an Unlimited Monthly Wash Club member, you agree that your credit or debit card will automatically be charged each month until the Membership is cancelled or terminated by you or Fast & Friendly Carwash. Membership fee will be automatically billed to your debit or credit card every 30 days thereafter. No prior notification of such charges will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case Fast and Friendly Carwash will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to payment being collected, however, if Fast & Friendly Carwash increases the monthly charge by 10% or less, you waive any written notice of such increase to the amount of the recurring monthly charge.
Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date; otherwise you may be charged for that month and the cancellation will not be effective until the following billing date. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. No refunds or credits will be given for past months regardless of usage. To cancel your membership, please visit www.fastandfriendlycarwash.com/cancellations. No 3rd-party cancellations will be accepted.
Membership is per vehicle. Fast and Friendly reserves the right to prohibit commercial vehicles, taxis, limos, app-based transportation services, ride share, and other professional transportation vehicles from participating. Membership cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes, or gift cards. *Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Fast and Friendly Carwash. Fast and Friendly Carwash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, store upgrades, and/or to change or adjust location hours at their sole discretion.
RFID Tags are applied by a Fast and Friendly Carwash employee to the front windshield. Tampering with RFID tags will result in cancellation of Membership. IMPROPER REMOVAL OF AN RFID TAG WILL RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE TAG, REPLACEMENT TAGS ARE $10.
*RFID tags cannot be transferred to another vehicle. All vehicles must have their own RFID tag on the windshield.
ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH SINGLE USE PURCHASES AT FAST & FRIENDLY EXPRESS CARWASH ALSO APPLY TO MEMBERS OF THE UNLIMITED MONTHLY VIP CLUB.
Consent to Receive Electronic Communications
Fast and Friendly Carwash may need to provide you with certain communications, notices, agreements, billing statements, or disclosures in writing (“Communications”) regarding your Membership or our other products or services. Providing your email address and accepting these terms and conditions confirms your ability and consent to receive Communications electronically, rather than in paper form. You have the right to receive any Communication in paper form. To request a paper copy of any Communication at no charge, please write to: Fast and Friendly Carwash, 6005 S. 40th Street, Suite 5, Phoenix, AZ 85042 specifying the Communication you would like to receive. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time, by writing to us at the address above.
Fast and Friendly Carwash may terminate a Membership upon violation of these terms and conditions.
Fast and Friendly Carwash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the Membership at any time.
Additional Unlimited Monthly Wash Club Family Plan Terms & Conditions
- One vehicle on the FAMILY PLAN (PRIMARY BILLING VEHICLE) needs to be at the current full price of the chosen Wash Club package plan.
- Up to two (2) more vehicles can get the family pricing of $15.99 (Total vehicles on a plan: 1 PRIMARY and 2 FAMILY PLAN)
- FAMILY PLAN discounted cars must be the same/lower value wash package as the PRIMARY vehicle wash package on the account.
- All FAMILY PLAN vehicles are cancelled when the PRIMARY Vehicle on the account is cancelled. The member can redo the account with remaining two cars, but one of those cars must be moved to PRIMARY vehicle at full price.
- All vehicles must be on the same credit card.
- All vehicles must be the same “Household”, same address and phone number.
- Each vehicle must have its own RFID tag in the windshield.
- FAMILY PLAN pricing cannot be used with grandfathered pricing and cannot be used for any type of commercial transportation vehicles (taxi, Uber, Lyft, etc.). To qualify for the FAMILY PLAN pricing, the PRIMARY vehicle must be on current Wash Club pricing.
