Intermountain Pickleball Club Tournament Registration Form
Requirements: Each team must have 2 players at a level of 3.5 or below, sign the waiver and release of liability, and pay the $35 fee per person which will include a t-shirt.

The tournament will be held November 9th-12th. Once you have completed all the proper steps with registration you will recieve an email with further details. If you have any further questions email admin@impickleballclub.com
