You are entering the application process to join a HeartLink Network short-term mission team. Once you complete this application you will be contacted by our Missions Department.

This application is for the SOUTH EAST ASIA team.

Team member requirements:
- You have a personal relationship with Jesus.
- You are an active member of your home church.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have a valid passport or will apply for one.
- You will attend the pre-trip training day.
Costs: $2800

Team Training Day: May 27, 2023; 9am - 3pm (ET); Required

Registration Deadline: May 22, 2023
