The Small Business Alliance of Government Contractors (SBAGC) a joint alliance between The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce® and the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce®, celebrates the contributions and growth of America’s federal small business contractors and is proud to honor the growth and achievements of small business federal contractors while laying the foundation for greater success and opportunity for the future.
The SBAGC Contractor Awards will be given to leading federal small business contractors from all across America, federal agency leaders, prime contractors, key resource providers, and Congressional leaders that work hard every day to keep the doors to opportunity open and strengthen our federal small business supplier community. They will be recognized in the following key areas of accomplishment:
■ Award Categories | Small Business Federal Suppliers & Advocates
RISING STAR – Awarded to contractors who received their first government contract award within the last two years and have leveraged their execution and relationships to future opportunities.
INNOVATION & PERFORMANCE – Awarded to contractors who exhibit outstanding innovation and/or performance on a key contract that will significantly bolster their ability to secure future opportunities.
GROWTH PRO – Awarded to contractors who have achieved significant growth in the government sector over the last three years.
EXCELLENCE – Awarded to exceptional contractors who have shown exemplary growth and quality, and are leaders within the contracting community; working towards advancing the objectives of the small business government suppliers, while lending a helping hand to those who follow.
SMALL BUSINESS CHAMPION
(1) Awarded to Agency and Large Prime Representatives who have demonstrated their support for small business success resulting in contracts being awarded to small businesses.
(2) Awarded to congressional offices for establishing legislation and providing oversight to advance small business access to Federal contracts.
(3) Awarded to resource Providers that have taken extra measures to ensure small business success in federal contracting.
