You are considered “Fully Vaccinated” if at least 14 days has passed since you’ve received either the second dose in a two-dose vaccine series within the last 6 months or a single dose vaccine within the last 2 months and are “up to date” on their vaccines, as that term is defined by the CDC. For clarity, an individual who has received a primary series of vaccine as outlined by the CDC must receive a booster dose once eligible to be “up to date.”

*Accepted vaccinations include Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson.
*Individuals who have received a Novavax or Astra Zeneca vaccine shall be considered “fully vaccinated” if the individual has received at least three (3) vaccine doses, which may be any combination of a vaccine approved or authorized for emergency use by the U.S. FDA, Novavax, or Astra Zeneca.

You must bring proof of vaccination and ID for your pre-employment Covid Test to be cleared for work.
