Thank you for considering adoption through Homeward Huskies! Dogs/puppies are fun, loving, playful, and also a lot of work. Before you start this application, please ensure you can fully commit to the care of the dog/puppy before you decide to adopt one. If you know you are ready to be a pawrent, please complete this application for adoption form as thoroughly as possible. The form can take up to 20-30 minutes to complete. Once submitted, someone from our team will follow-up with you soon. (Note: We reserve the right to refuse any adoption that we feel will not suit the dog’s/puppy’s requirements.)

Meet and Greet: Required meeting with potential families and available dogs. Initial M&Gs are done without future fur-family members. If meetings go well, we will schedule a meeting with the new fur-family and proceed from there.

Trial Run: Required after Meet and Greets are complete and approved. During this time, the dog in question legally belongs to Homeward Huskies. You will not be provided chip information or clearance to add your information to the microchips. You will not be able to legally claim the dog as your own until the end of the trial with a signed Adoption Agreement Form.
