Notice to Hospital Boards and Trustees of The People’s Rights

I, one of the People (as seen in Article 2 Section 2 of the Arizona Constitution), Sui Juris, do present you with this notice that you and your agents may provide due care;

Please take notice that the People have assembled together and consulted for their common good in regard to business entities, hospitals, and other entities doing commerce in Arizona, but failing to respect the rights of the People;

Please take notice that the People have assembled and discussed the failure of corporate entities related to accommodating constitutional liberties. Corporate entities are allowed to do business in this state, based on Article 14 of Arizona Constitution, by the Power of the People. Corporate entities are required to accommodate People who have religious obligations, constitutional rights, and liberties that all government actors swore to protect. It is known that Hospitals and other entities have taken part in Federal Programs which give financial benefits to the hospitals for enforcing unconstitutional mandates on people in the midst of their private affairs. You are now acting in concert in trampling the rights of the People and trespassing against guaranteed rights;

Please take notice that the Arizona Constitution clearly reveals that the People are not to be disturbed in their Private Affairs (see evidence below):

Please take further notice that the People have familial rights to association as well as with others with whom they share common beliefs. It is unlawful to bar the People from interacting with each other. Government is not allowed to interfere in the rights of the People; therefore, as an entity and a creature of statute, you are not allowed to trespass against the rights of the People (please see evidence below):

Please take notice that interfering in the Private Affairs of the People, Enforcing Mandates, private health measures, in order to be able to enjoy familial and other associations is in direct opposition to the Arizona State Constitution and Laws of this state. Please take further notice that you are acting nefariously if you should attempt to force one of the People to wear a mask, be vaccinated, or follow any other intrusive protocols to have access to loved ones or to services. Please take further notice that, as one of the People, I am willing to allow you to trample my rights for $500,000 per occurrence, due immediately upon any infringement on my rights. You may have remedy by providing accommodations for free access to associates and refraining from attempting to enforce any of the above-mentioned actions against me or any of the People that may visit your establishment. Any attempt to infringe on my rights is considered as done with full knowledge, intent, and malice. If you fail to respond with Constitutional provisions granting you authority to force the People in their private affairs within 3 days, sworn under the penalty of perjury, you have acquiesced that all statements herein are true and binding.
