For the properties that don't need a video, they need a MOVIE. Includes: 4K footage shot on cinema camera. Aerials on 4K drone. Wide angles & Details, transitions, and sound design. Under 120 seconds. Deliverables: mls version and one specialized edit reel (Over 5000 sqft/ $250 add on per 2500sqft)
Includes: 15 Reels, 4K footage shot on cinematic camera, pro audio capture, (informational, neighborhood showcase, property reels) 4 hour shoot. Deliverables: 15x reels under 30 seconds each.
Includes: Aerial Video of home, and nearby aerial neighborhood.
Includes: 15 aerial photos of home and nearby neighborhood.
Includes: Aerial video and 10 aerial photos of home and nearby neighborhood.
Basic Drone vertical drone footage of listing.
