Appointment Cancelation Policy
We strive to offer the best customer service and experience for our clients. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, so late cancellations or no shows dramatically impact our staff and other clients. To continue providing our clients with the best possible scheduling options, we require a 48-hour notice for penalty-free cancellation of appointments. Clients can cancel appointments by calling 901-316-5904 and speaking with support staff or leaving a voicemail if out of salon hours. Clients must have a credit or debit card on file with their client profile account to serve as a deposit for any scheduled appointment. Clients canceling appointments with less than a 48-hour notice will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointments menu price and charged to the credit or debit card on file. No-show appointments will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointments menu price and charged to the credit or debit card on file. Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in total, for any services they would like to schedule. Additionally, arriving at the salon more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time affects your booked service experience. Therefore, you will be subject to a late client fee ranging from $11-$22 based on the individual service provider.
