This release will cover you for all NJEJA 20th Anniversary activities from September 15-16, 2022. Every person participating in NJEJA activities MUST have a signed release on file with NJEJA.

I hereby give my full consent to New Jersey Environmental Justice Alliance (NJEJA) to take photos or videos of my participation in any programs associated with NJEJA's 20th Anniversary Celebration ("the Event").

I understand that programs and events such as this are integral to the promotional and advocacy work of the New Jersey Environmental Justice Alliance. To that end, it is my understanding that the organization will record and photograph the Event for educational and promotional purposes. As part of this effort, videos, images, and audio recordings taken at the Event may be made available for future promotional use, including but not limited to: NJEJA's social media accounts, email blasts, and/or website.

I hereby grant NJEJA permission to use any still photograph, video, or audio recording of me, with or without my name and information about me, either by itself or in conjunction with other photographs, for the above purposes.

I waive any right or option to inspect or approve the finished product or other copy that may be used along with my picture, comments, name, or information about me as described above. I understand that NJEJA shall have sole
discretion to decide whether to use my picture, comments, name, voice, or information about me.

I represent that I am free to enter into this agreement. I have read the foregoing and fully and completely understand the contents thereof.
