CANCELLATIONS
Authentic Beauty Esthetics asks all clients to please give a 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged 50% of your appointment price.
LATE ARIVALS
If you are running more than 5 minutes behind please contact me.
I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. However, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee of 50% if there is not enough time.
NO SHOWS
Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a "No Show" fee, which is 100% of your appointment price. If a client has a history with 2 "no shows' they will no longer be able to book appointments at Authentic Beauty Esthetics.
DEPOSITS
All new clients are kindly asked to provide a deposit upon booking your first appointment at Authentic Beauty Esthetics. This deposit becomes Non refundable if you cancel or reschedule after the 48 hour mark.
Cancellation and "No Show" fees will be charged to the card on file.
Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment at
Authentic Beauty Esthetics If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our svstem.
Authentic Beauty Esthetics does not offer Refunds or Exchanges on any service or
Purchases.
