We often book back to back appointments so there is a chance your pet could interact with someone else pet. If your pet is dog reactive or aggressive and we should take special precautions to ensure they don’t encounter any other dogs during their visit please let us know below.

Thank you for your submission- we will get back to you as soon as we are able- wait times vary but can be anywhere from 1 week to 2 months depending on scheduling

Please note we require all grooming clients to be up to date on their vaccinations. Proof of vaccination required at appointments. We do not groom puppies under 4 months of age.

Appointments are now located inside Gillam Mall on Railway avenue in the old Hairwiz space across from the post office boxes . The mall's outside doors are automatically locked after hours so we will meet you there to let you inside if your appointment time is outside of regular mall hours

~Please be sure to bring your pet on a leash as Railway ave is often busy with traffic and out of respect for other mall patrons.

~Please allow your pet a bathroom break prior to their appointment to decrease the chance of accidents.

~Please be as punctual as possible and not too early or late as we often book back to back appointments

Please be aware of the following policies we have in place- by clicking submit you are agreeing to these policies.

No show fee $20 * missing or cancelling an appointment with no notice or cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment time

we have a 48 hour cancellation policy so we have time to rebook your slot. Fee must be paid prior to next booking

Late Fee $10 * being late by 15min or more- our time is valuable and we often book back to back appts, late appointments set us back

$20 extra flat fee and then per hour every additional hour it takes us for Severe matting

$20 extra flat fee and then per hour every additional hour it takes us for a dog that is hard to handle or requires 2 people

$20 extra flat fee for any dogs brought to us with poopy butts!

*Attention large and X-Large breed dog owners* -Please be aware that We are now grooming out of a standing tub - this means that if your dog is too heavy to lift into the tub they will need to be able to walk up stairs to enter the tub- if your dog is not capable of doing this for any reason (extreme fear/anxiety or just uncooperative) and is over 80lbs, we will not be able to groom your dog

Please note - Prices have gone up as of 2025!
If you would like an estimate please ask us at the time of booking however final prices will be given at the end of the appointment because our prices are based on multiple factors including how your dog behaves and the condition of their coat.

Please note in order to keep our waitlist as up to date as possible we will keep this request on file until we offer you an appointment. If you refuse the appointment offered twice, you will then have to re submit a new request in que.
