In an effort to provide the needed capital to address the Legal and Due Diligence costs RAM will negotiate a loan from outside investors.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- 1.5x on loan amount
- 1 point
RAM will provide a Promisory Note to to the Investor detailing the terms and conditions of the loan.

RAM at its discretion may offer other terms and conditions for specfic Legal Fees related to EB-5 Financing.
