  • To complete this form you will need to have remembered the name of the umpire who officiated the game. If unsure check the umpires name and signature in your scorebook, or you can source the name of your umpire via the appointments sheet for each round of cricket which can be viewed from the SSCUA website by clicking this link -

    The person completing this form MUST have been the captain of the side for the match in question.

    IMPORTANT NOTE - On a number of rare occassions two umpires maybe appointed to a match. If this is the case in your game you need to complete this form twice, once for each umpire.

  • Umpire Assessment Criteria

    When assessing umpires be aware of the following -

    Umpire Assessment Assessment Mark
    Poor 1 out of 5
    Improvement Required 2 out of 5
    Good 3 out of 5
    Very Good 4 out of 5
    Excellent 5 out of 5

    A solid performance without any real issues should be marked as Very Good or better. A game with one judgement error should generally not make for a poor assessment.

    If you mark umpires with a score of 1 or 2 in any competency question below you are required to provide justifying comments in the comments box below or the assessment may not be taken into account
