Millers Piano Rental Application

Our Acoustic Piano rental scheme provides an affordable way to gain access to quality acoustic instruments before making a commitment to buying.
The minimum rental term is 12 months but you can rent for as long as you require. Accessories can be added during the process.

What to expect?

Once the form is completed our team will reviewed by our team. If approved you will be sent:
1. A contract from Pandadoc to digitally sign and upload your ID
2. An invoice from Xero with a Direct Debit mandate from GoCardless to complete for automatic billing. You will need your bank details for this.
3. Once both of these forms are complete, our team will allocate a rental item to you and begin preparation. We aim to deliver within 14 working days.
Please note delivery at the prevailing rate will be charged at the time of approval on the initial invoice. Collection and tunings (twice a year) are included within the monthly rental cost.

We classify Ground Floor as not being more than 5 steps together or more than 8 steps in total from the vehicle to where the piano will be located.

Deliveries to floors other than the ground floor are subject to approval and we reserve the right to refuse delivery to floors other than the ground floor. There will be an additional charge for collections not on the ground floor, this will be charged upfront along with any costs for delivery.
