Within the last 3 years, have you taught for at least 2 years in a school (in the phase you wish to qualify in)? *
Nb: If you are teaching part time, you must have undertaken at least 390 days of teaching over the past 3 years. This would be the equivalent of two years’ full time teaching experience. By teaching, we mean planned, taught and evaluated the work of whole classes of pupils.
Within the last 3 years have you taught in at least 2 schools?*
Nb: for Primary QTS applicants this must be 2 Primary schools and for Secondary applicants this must be 2 Secondary schools
