  • 2022-2023 TGJA Registration

    This is the official registration form for all judges intent on joining the Texas Gymnastics Judges Association (TGJA).  Upon completion of this form and payment of the $65 registration dues, you will be eligible to attend any of the Texas NGJA judging courses plus have all the additional privileges that are offered with TGJA membership.  An added fee will be assessed for any members wishing to attend the online judging course.     TGJA National Course Information

    The TGJA National Course will take place in Ft. Worth, Houston and Online.  The dates are posted below and all judges must select the location they are attending.  This year's course will be a 1 day event and will include a practical test.  All participants are encouraged to bring a personal electronic device (laptop, iPad, etc.) to access the educational material.  For those attending the Online course it is highly recommended that you have a strong WiFi connection.  For additional course information check the TGJA.org website.

  • Judging Availability

    Select all boxes for the type of competitions you are interested in officiating.  Additional requirements may be needed for each level.  Check the TGJA.org website for additional information.  The assigning director for each level will contact the judge based on their selections below.

              Full TGJA MembershipMust be 18 years or older, hold a current FIG, NGJA, DP, or TGJA State certification (or successfully complete one). Must attend an NGJA National course or a TGJA State course. Full membership allows you voting privileges and the ability to be assigned to competitions. The cost for full membership is $65. Full membership allows the judge to attend any of the TGJA National or State courses (without charge) with the exception of the Online course which has an additional fee.

              Associate TGJA MembershipMust be under 18, hold a current TGJA State certification (or successfully complete one). Must attend a TGJA State course. Associate membership allows you a voice at all TGJA meetings and the ability to be assigned to Texas High School middle school competitions. The cost for associate membership is $25. Associate membership allows the judge to attend any of the TGJA National or State courses (without charge) with the exception of the Online course which has an additional fee.

              Audit (Non-Membership)For any parent, athlete, coach, or judge that wants to improve their knowledge of judging but does not need to be a TGJA member. The cost to audit the course is $25.

              Online Course ONLY (Non TGJA Membership)This is for judges from judging associations outside the TGJA that want to participate in the online national course. A good WiFi connection will be required for the successful completion of this course. A practical exam will be given at the end of the course. The cost for the Online course is $65.

              Online & TGJA Full MembershipSelect this if you are registering for full TGJA membership and are selecting the Online course. A good wifi connection will be required for successful completion of this course. A practical exam will be given at the end of the course. The fee covers the Full TGJA membership ($65) and the Online course fee ($65) for a total of $130.
