How would you describe your child's eating?
Generally a good eater, when given the chance open to trying new (solid) foods
Generally a good eater, although solid food may have to be introduced more slowly
Tend to get easily frustrated and anything can upset their desire to eat - flow, body position, room condition. If breast-fed may have trouble latching and difficulty getting a sucking rhythm. Will let you know if you're talking too loud or they feel change. Refuses solids at first - you have to be persistent.
Generally a good eater, when given the chance open to trying new (solid) foods. BUT when breastfeeding gets impatient very quickly. If your letdown is too slow, wil bob on and off as to let you know whats up. Sometimes bottle supplement necessary to get flow going.
Very impatient eater. Does not like waiting for a let down. Does better being bottle-fed. Feeds usually take a long time and tires baby. Not adapting easily to solid food, and tends to prefer having the same food all the time.

How would you describe your child's activity
Moderately Active. Easily plays independently. My baby has high tolerance for change and very portable. Very social, likes to interact and quite good at sharing unless overwhelmed by other child's aggressiveness.
Moderately Active. Reached all milestones on time, and easy to entertain with age appropriate toys. Baby sometimes does a lot of things, or might just hang back a bit first.
Very cautious about new toys, new situations, new people and need a lot of support in such instances or when going through any transition. Low activity level and needs to be encouraged to participate. Usually less sensitive in the morning and better at one-on-one play than groups.
High energy, feisty, and very active. Ready to jump into any situation. Little impulse control or caution. Highly reactive and can be aggressive with peers. Usually more co-operative in the morning, avoid afternoon playdates so they can wind down.
Low activity level, prefers to play by themselves and to use their eyes and ears more than their body. If they are engaged with a toy or activity they hate to be interrupted and find it hard to end one thing and start another.

How would you describe your child's Mood
Usually easygoing and upbeat not extremely reactive to stimulation or change. Moods are steady and predictable. Easy to read because emotional signs are so apparent.
Low reactor, Not bothered much if you respond to their signs of hunger, sleep, over stimulation etc. Steady moods.
Highly irritable, very reactive to external stimulation and easily upset by it.
When they want something, they want it now! Opinionated, very vocal and often stubborn. Moods are mecurial going very quickly from happy to sad, they love action but can very quickly lead to a meltdown. Tantrums can be tough to stop once they get going, and transitions are hard too.
Like a simmering pot, you have to take care your little one doesnt boil over. Fussy most of the time. Slightest variation in routine sets them off, like a missed nap, too stimulating activity, to much company. Without a routine this little one's life is in turmoil.

How would you/someone else usually describe your child
Good as gold. Didn’t even know I had a baby in the house. I could have 5 children like that! :) We were really lucky!
A text-book child, Right on time with everything, very mellow unless he/she needs something. Very low maintenance.
A real crybaby. The slightest thing sets them off. Not very good with other people and always ends up in my lap or clinging to my leg.
A handful. Always into something. I dont have energy to keep up, fearless!
Seems to prefer playing in his.her own. I feel like I'm always waiting for the next meltdown. Always has to have his/her way
