Financial Expectations* This field is required.I require a $500 nonrefundable retainer to secure your hair extension appointment. This total will apply to the total cost of your hair extension appointment. The remaining balance is to be paid at the time of your appointment. Pay later will not be accepted. Hair Extension appointments include: + 100% human hair extensions + Custom coloring of your natural hair + Custom coloring of the hair extensions + Installation + Blending Cut + Style + Take home hair care products The initial investment ranges from: (retainer included) + 14" Hair $1,300-$2,600+ + 18" Hair $1,6000-$3,500+ + 22" Hair $1,900-$4,4000+ + 24" Hair $2,200-$5,300+ This total is narrowed down during your consultation and is based on where your hair currently stands and what is needed to give you the flawless blend that hand-tied extensions are known for. Your personal price quote is determined by your natural hair at the time of consultation. Altering your natural hair between your consultation and your scheduled extension appointment may result in additional charges or the cancellation of your scheduled extension appointment and forfeit of your retainer. My prices are a packaged price that include all of the above. Forfeiting of any of the above services is nonnegotiable and will not result in discounting your total price.

Schedule* This field is required.My schedule is as follows: + Monday 9a-6p + Thursday 9a-6p + Friday 10a-4p My schedule is typically booked 2-3 weeks out. While I understand that life happens and that you may need to reschedule, please be aware that when rescheduling, I cannot guarantee availability within the next 2-3+ weeks. Please see my cancellation policy to avoid any cancellation fees. I understand that our work schedules may overlap. Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please feel free to bring your laptop or other work with you to work on during your appointment time. Children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment due to limited space, salon and stylist liability, and to ensure the environment for other guests.

Maintenance* This field is required.The hair extension methods that I offer require some form of in salon maintenance to keep your hair healthy and looking it's best. Typically that would be anywhere from 6-8 weeks for most clients. Failure to adhere to your specific maintenance schedule could result in damage to your natural hair/scalp and/or your hair extension hair. Damage to your extension hair as a result of failing to adhere to your specific maintenance schedule could result in the requirement of purchasing of new extension hair. Maintenance Appointment Investment + 1 row $200 + 2 rows $300 + 3 rows $450 + mini row $75 Matting as a result of not following your aftercare and/or going longer than your recommended maintenance schedule will result in a $100 matting removal fee in addition to your maintenance. Hair coloring of your natural hair at your maintenance appointment will be an additional cost. Maintenance Color Investment +gloss $75 +base color $100 +partial dimension $175 +full dimension $275

Cancellation Policy* This field is required.Cancellation/Reschedule: If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your service, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Your card on file will be charged. A new appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid. If you are a new hand-tied extension appointment, I allow a ONE TIME reschedule of your initial extension appointment. You must notify me 72 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify me 72 hours before your initial appointment will result in the forfeit of your $500 retainer. You will be required to pay the cancellation fee, as well as, a new non refundable retainer. Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled. You must pay the cancellation fee before you will be able to rebook your appointment. No Call/No Show: If you choose to no call/no show any scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Your card on file will be charged.
