Custom Order Inquiry

To give myself time to focus on other crafts, I only accept a few custom orders a year. Please understand if I cannot take on your custom order.

Considerations:

There is a considerable lead time to custom-made items as I likely already have a queue, and I need time to produce them. I will try to quote you a timeframe for your order, but it can take longer.
Edits to orders can only be made before the first invoice is completed. After this point, I may not be able to make edits.
I WILL NOT replicate another brand's items, such as Coach, Louis Vuitton, etc. I will not respond to inquiries asking me to do so.
I cannot accept returns on custom-made items.

I bill for custom orders in two invoices. The first invoice is sent at the time the order is accepted. The second invoice is sent when the order is ready to ship. Both invoices are half of the total price for the order.
