AWARDS: Best Overall: BOS-$125, 1st-$100 2nd-$50, 3rd-$25, and Honorable Mention (Ribbons/Certificates)

Categories: Oil, Acrylic, Watermedia, Mixed Media, Photography, Digital, Other Media, Textile, 3D Wall Hanging/3D Sculpture. Giclees are accepted but not judged.

No AI, diptychs, or combinations of sculpture pieces thereof are allowed (classified as individual pieces and to be paid for individually)

All Artwork must not be priced over $250.00 each. Sales tax must be included in your price.

2D Artwork Enter up to (4) entries, and no larger than a 16"x16" to include the frame which equals a total of (23" measured on the diagonal) Members: $35 for 2, Non-Members: $40 for 2, and each additional is $15 each.

3D Wall Hanging Sculptures: Enter up to (2) entries and no larger than a 16"x16" to include the frame (23") measured on the diagonal. Members: $35 for 2 each, non-Members $40 for 2 each.

3D Sculptures (Pedestal): Enter only up to (2) entries, base must not be larger than 14" and not over 25" high. $30 for 2 each. Members: $30 for 2 each. Non-Members: $35 for 2 each.

3D Sculptures (Free-standing): Enter only up to (2) entries. No larger than 72"in height, (floor standing) and weighing no more than 40 lbs. Members: $35 for 2 each, Non-Members: 40 for 2 each.

No AI is accepted.

Please make certain you have reviewed and printed the Prospectus.

Note: There is a wiring exemption for smaller art 8"x8" to 10"x10" from our required wiring procudures. Please review the requirements onine at our Members Info page (See Item 5) for the wiring preparation. All other works submitted must comply with the wiring requirements. (Please make certain you review it).

You will receive a confirmation and be provided an invoice for your payment via email. If you did not receive your confirmation then you did not submit it correctly. Fees are non-refundable.

Any 2024 previously awarded COAL/NCAG artworks will not be eligible for awards.
