How would you describe yourself regarding your interest in serving the dying? There are no right or wrong answers. Note: Deanna works with people who want to serve in every kind of capacity--volunteer or professional.
I'm not sure how involved I want to be on a professional level, though I want to explore this deeply.
There is nothing I would rather do with my free time than learn about death and dying issues and talking with people like me who do too.
I am a highly sensitive person and I have concerns about being swallowed up in all the suffering.
Although I am not motivated by money, I expect to be compensated for my time.
I would like to have a "little practice" serving the dying my way.
I want to be in the community somehow facilitating discussions or educating
I am a social activist/influencer/community educator with an established platform now.
I am known as the 'go to' person in may circle and people turn to me when there is a serious situation going on.
I have no interest in professional pursuits at all. I want my availability to people to be organic.
I am limited by health conditions and/or family obligations to be able to serve the way I would like and I want to figure out my best way to do this.
All I know is I just want to dig in and be with others like me, we'll see what comes.

I have taken an end-of-life doula program and am NOT certified.
I have taken an end-of-life doula and AM certified.
I presently HAVE a service but it's not taking off as I hoped it would.
I volunteer at my hospice and KNOW I can do more.
I am end-of-life savvy and have hired a business coach but i I need more guidance from a mentor who has actually had an end-of-life practice themselves.
I have done a lot of research and free trainings and it just isn't enough to pull it all together.
I am hospice experienced so have all the end of life experience I need to start; I just need help with professional development.
I have my own business, know what it takes to start a new business, I just want to learn all the ins and outs of end-of-life service.
I am very comfortable with marketing and promotions, I realize I have a hard time promoting myself within a sensitive market such as this.
I know I'm good at this and know its needed but I feel some shame in charging a fee for this service even though I know rationally it's OK to do so.

End-of-life doula study and service requires the investment of your time, energy and money. What describes you best? Select all that apply; there are no wrong answers.

My life is very full at the moment and this is something I will incorporate into my life as is natural for me.
My "day job" allows me pretty good flexibility to pursue my interests.
It's going to be a real stretch for me to do this in every way but I really want this.
I am a do-it-yourself type of person and I am only looking for just some specific support in a few aspects of my practice development at this time and really value mentorship so I can focus on the right things.
I have what I need to support myself in this training and service adventure.
I am passionate about serving at the end of life in every way, but I don't have much time to invest in my study or service easily.
I don't need help to serve, I know I'm good at this. However, I DO want a guide to show me the ropes so I don't waste my time and energy money trying to figure out how to develop my unique service on my own.
