IHSM Clubhouse Rental Request

PLEASE NOTE: Certain calendar events are non-negotiable. However, many calendar events CAN be moved to accommodate rentals. Once this form is filled out, you will receive a notification about the availability of the Clubhouse on your requested date. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.

RESTRICTIONS

a. The renter MUST be a Member in good standing.

b. Personal usage is for the Club Member renting and their guests only

c. The area to be used for events is restricted to the main floor. No one is allowed in the cellar at any time. d. Party is restricted to the 2nd and 3rdrooms of the Clubhouse. Guests, 21 and older, may access the Pub Room to purchase drinks.
