What is the name of your Venue, the address & the time designated for installation? *Note the minimum time allowed for Balloon installation with BBB Events is 2hrs, if the time alotted is less than, there will be a rush fee of $250. Also if your event is within a two week window of todays date there will be a $250 rush fee.
INDOOR OR OUTDOOR SETUP: Will your event be indoors or outdoors? In the event of adverse weather conditions, particularly strong winds reaching speeds of 14mph or higher, we will be unable to proceed with the installation of our signage. This precaution is necessary to prevent any damage or potential harm caused by our equipment falling or getting damaged.
