Supporting BIPOC Health
We welcome you and congratulate you on your decision to mobilize with us! We need faith-based leaders, entities, and community members to join us in our mission to support BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color) health.

You are here because you understand that you have been given the charge to lead. We ask that you leverage your power to improve the health of your community and members exponentially.

You can accomplish this simply by lifting your voice and engaging in activities that will reach Black and Brown community members who desperately need you to help carve out safe places for them to worship and to thrive.

As public health professionals, we cannot do it alone. We need your skill, your relationships, your reputation, and your wisdom to make our communities healthier. Whatever you can commit to, big or small, WILL make a difference.

We welcome all faith-based entities. This includes all denominations of churches, ministries, groups, those unaffiliated, and other entities motivated by faith, a higher power, or religion.

With help from Volcano Consulting, LLC or Inspiration and Change, Inc. and/or my local health department, I commit to (choose one or more):

I will commit to enrolling in CHIMES, an in-person or online program designed to help my faith-based entity develop or enhance our health ministry. CHIMES will teach me how to effectively promote health, including HIV stigma reduction strategies, and will provide numerous health skills. CHIMES provides six-certificates of completion. There is a cost associated with CHIMES but scholarships are available.Other
