Parents Voice Survey

As a parent / carer of a child involved at Bembridge Youth FC your feedback matters. The aim of this survey is to help the club i) understand how we're doing, ii) develop coaching standards and iii) improve every child's experience at the club. Please be open and honest about your experiences both positive and negative but always try to remain constructive with your feedback remembering the club is run solely by volunteers. Please be assured all feedback is entirely anonymous and will be used for the sole purpose of improving the club. If you have multiple children at the club please complete one survey per child as you see fit.
