Terms of Use & Data Protection
These Terms of Use & Data Protection may be changed or amended by EFGCP and the Initiative Overall Leadership.
By applying to join the ECONSENT Initiative, you acknowledge that the following information will be shared with all stakeholders involved in the ECONSENT:
- Name, Surname, Organisation, Country, Stakeholder Group
- eMail Address
- Workstream membership & leadership applications
- Overall Project Leadership applications
- Any of your own project contributions
- Interactions with the Project and its Tools
By applying to join the ECONSENT Initiative, you agree to be contacted by EFGCP and all stakeholders involved in the ECONSENT Initiative for any activities related to the ECONSENT Initiative.
All Personal and Project Related Data will be stored by EFGCP, and will be handled by EFGCP, its Secretariat, and Project Managers, according to the EFGCP Privacy Policy.
Data related to members' involvement in this Initiative, usage of the available tools, activities, invoicing or financials may be transferred to competent authorities upon request, used within the framework of an audit, or used for Accounting purposes.
By applying to join the ECONSENT Initiative, you agree to not disseminate, publish or share, publicly or privately to anyone not being involved in the Initiative*, any project activities, project outcomes or personal data from other involved stakeholders, outside of the framework of the ECONSENT Initiative or without the agreement of the Overall Initiative Leadership and the Rightful Owner of the data.
You agree to not make any commercial use of the Project Related and Personal Data to which you will or may have access to within the framework of the ECONSENT Initiative.
You agree to not use any other Clouds, Tele-communication/Meeting systems, or Collaboration Platforms than the ones provided by EFGCP to perform ECONSENT Initiative related activities, or store project related documents or sensible/personal data about involved stakeholders.
EFGCP will setup appropriate safeguards to protect your data, but you are ultimately responsible of them. EFGCP cannot be held responsible for any data leaks, IT issues, hacks, misuses, or any harms to you, your organisations or your activities, due to your involvement in the ECONSENT Initiative.
By applying to join the ECONSENT Initiative, you acknowledge that you give up any personal ownership over any outcomes produced by and within the framework of this Initiative. Identification as Project Contributor over project outcomes can be requested, but will still be subject to approval by the Initiative Leadership.
*Are considered "Involved in the Initiative" the stakeholders who have registered to this ECONSENT Initiative using this Form, and who have been accepted by the Overall Initiative Leadership. Registration in this Form is Personal, and can under no circumstances be assimilated or deferred to your own professional organisation/company or working partners, or transferred to someone else.
Right of Access and Deletion
You can request to access your stored Personal Data in writing at secretariat@efgcp.eu.
You can request to be removed from this Initiative and have your Personal Data deleted in writing at secretariat@efgcp.eu. You shall delete any project outcomes, project related data, and any personal or sensitive data you would have had access to during your time spent in this Initiative. All terms of use will remain in full application over project outcomes, project related data, and any other personal or sensitive data you would have had access to during your time spent in this Initiative.
