Offerings

You will be required to fill out at least one class or workshop tile and description below. If you are teaching mulitple classes or workshops, additional spaces have been provided if needed. Important* Please provide a short but detailed description of your class to engage the appropriate audience so that people know what to expect such as; experience level (ex. beginner, intermediate, all levels, general audience, trauma informed etc.), temperature (ex. heated, etc.), environment (ex. high energy class with pumped up music, ambient and calm, no music, lighting expectations etc.), pacing (slow flow, faster or more vigorous movement, etc.), style (restorative, power, cardio, flow, meditation), props if applicable (chair based yoga, blocks, straps, bands. etc.) and the outcome (leave relaxed, break a sweat and build strength, increase focus etc.)
