Please upload a credential photo with the naming convention LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_COMPANY. Photos smaller than 150x150 pixels will be rejected. Acceptable file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp or .png. We are unable to use .heic files (iPhone images); please convert before sending.
