The Flip Zone Drop Form

All Drops require a minimum of 20 days notice. Ideally, you will submit your drop notification before the 10th of the month, to ensure you are not billed for the following month.

To recap, drops received during:

1st and the 10th - We will enter your drop date for the 1st of next month. NO Charges.

Anything after the 10th will be billed out for 20 days from the time we receive this form. We will send you a confirmation email with the final date of your last class. All make up classes need to be completed before this date and can't be carried over.
